How to Trade-In a Racket or Paddle:

• Step 1: Complete the form below.
• Step 2: Wait to hear from us with a quote for the amount of credit offered for the trade-in racket.
• Step 3: Purchase your new racket from our shop online or in-store.
• Step 4: With your new racket purchase we'll send you a return shipping label for you to send back the trade-in racket to us in the packaging you received the new racket in.
• Step 5: Once we receive the trade-in racket and confirm it meets the expected standard agreed, we will refund the credit amount directly to you.
